Take a mixing bowl to add dry ingredients all-purpose flour and salt. Mix them until well combined and set them aside.

Take a large mixing bowl to add egg, sugar, warm milk, yeast, and oil. Mix them together and let them sit for 15-20 minutes or until the yeast mixture begins to foam and create bubbles.

Add the flour mixture and combine them together to form a dough.
Oil or sprinkle some flour on your work space and knead the dough until soft or for about 5 minutes. Grease the bowl with oil and place the dough. Cover the dough with a plastic foil and set aside for an hour or until the dough is double in size.
Take the dough out of the bowl on the workspace. Press the dough flat and divide the dough into equal sizes about 50g each. Roll the dough into a round shape.
Take any oven-proof dish and brush them with a generous amount of oil. Arrange the dough into the oven-proof dish and cover them with plastic foil for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat your air fryer at 165C/330F for 4-5 minutes.
Before cooking the air fryer bread rolls brush them with egg wash and sprinkle some sesame seeds or chia seeds. Egg wash and the seeds are optional.
Cook the bread rolls at 125C/260F for 10 minutes.
Let the bread rolls rest for a while before serving.
