Air fryer scrambled eggs are a quick and healthy breakfast to start your day. Plus eggs are a healthy dish packed with nutrients and are high in protein.
Star by putting butter in the baking pan and transfer it to the air fryer basket. Preheat your air fryer along with the baking pan and butter at 160C/320F for a minute.
1 tablespoon butter
Take a mixing bowl to add egg, salt, and pepper. Whisk them well until well combined.
3 eggs, salt and pepper to taste
Now pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook them at 160C/320F for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes open the air fryer basket and stir the eggs in the pan. Add cook for 2 more minutes. Repeat the process until the eggs are done according to your liking.
The scrambled eggs in air fryer time should not exceed 5-6 minutes. It can turn rubbery in texture if the eggs are overcooked.
