First, finely chop the vegetables cabbage, carrot, green beans, onion, and green chili. Set them aside.

Take a large mixing bowl to add all the chopped veggies, ginger, garlic paste, cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper. Mix them until well combined.

Now take a scoop of the mixed veggies and make balls with your hands. Keep them aside.
Preheat your air fryer at 190C/375F for 5 minutes.
Brush a thin layer of oil on the air fryer basket to prevent it from sticking.
Carefully transfer the veg Manchurian balls to the air fryer basket and brush a thin layer of oil.
Cook at 190C/375F for 12-15 minutes or until the Manchurian balls are evenly brown. Flip the Manchurian balls halfway through the cooking process.
Remove the air fryer Manchurian balls and keep them aside.
