- 1 head cabbage
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
Wash the cabbage head thoroughly so there is no dirt on it.

Slice the cabbage into 1 ½ inch thick slices.
Take a large mixing bowl, put the sliced cabbage, add the oil, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

Mix them well until the cabbage is properly coated.
Preheat your air fryer at 175 C/345F for 1-2 minutes.
