Choose kale leaves to rinse them thoroughly till they’re dirt-free. After that pat with a paper towel or a clean kitchen, towel to dry them.
1 bunch kale leaves
After the kale leaves are completely dry and tear them into 5-6 inches long and remove any tough stems. If you’re thinking it’s too big don’t worry, they’ll reduce its shape while the cooking process.
Take a large mixing bowl and place the prepared kale leaves and pour the oil over the leaves and sprinkle salt and pepper to your taste.
