Preheat your air fryer at 160C/320F for 5 minutes.
Take a bowl to add sugar and butter using a hand mixer until they combine. After that add eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and mix them well. For vanilla cupcakes.

Add the dry ingredient all-purpose flour, baking powder, and sugar into the wet ingredients. Fold them with a spatula until they are well combined. There should not be any clumps of dry ingredients but don’t over mix it.
1½ cup all-purpose flour, ¾ cups sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour, ¾ cups sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon salt
Pour the batter into the cupcake cups. I’m using silicone cups but if you don’t have silicon ones you can also use paper cups be sure you double them.
Place the air fryer cupcakes in the air fryer basket carefully and bake them at 160C/320F for 10-12 minutes.
Check if they are done using a clean toothpick. Insert it into the cupcake and while pulling it if there are no bread crumbs stuck your cupcakes are done.
Remove the air fryer cupcakes and serve with your favorite toppings such as icing sugar, whipped cream.
