Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Rinse, scrub, and cut the potatoes into the wedge.

  • After cutting the potatoes into wedges, soak them in warm water for at least 10-15 minutes. Take a bowl to add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Give a good mix to the spices.

  • Remove the potato wedges from the water and pat dry with a paper towel. Now put the potatoes in the mixture and coat the spices evenly.
  • Preheat your air fryer at 400F for 3-5 minutes.
  • Cook them at 400F for 10-12 minutes or until they are cooked well.
  • Toss them halfway through the cooking process to have evenly cooked potato wedges.
  • Remove the air fryer potato wedges from the air fryer basket and your air fryer garlic parmesan potato wedges air fryer is ready to serve with your favorite dips or your preferred main dish.
