You should try making frozen salmon in air fryer. The result comes out juicy and tender. When I air fried it for the first time I was amused with the result.
Preheat your air fryer at 200C/400F for 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, place the salmon fillets on a plate and rub with olive oil, sprinkle a generous amount of salt, pepper, some paprika, and rub both sides.
2 frozen salmon fillets (6oz), 2 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoon paprika (optional), salt and pepper to taste
Place the seasoned frozen salmon fillets in the air fryer basket with skin side down.
Cook at 200C/400F for 10 minutes or until the fillets are tender and flakey. Flip the salmon fillets halfway through the cooking process to cook evenly.
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges and desired dip.
