Air Fryer Tilapia is low in carbs and packed with protein & flavor. It's one of the easiest foods you can make in an air fryer for lunch, brunch, & dinner.
Rinse tilapia with fresh water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Preheat your air fryer at 400F degrees for 3-5 minutes.
Take a bowl combine olive oil, chopped chives, chopped parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush tilapia filets with the seasonings.
2 Fresh tilapia filets, 2 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoon fresh chives chopped, 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Spray a thin layer of cooking oil or brush some olive oil on the air fryer basket.
Place the seasoned tilapia filets and cook at 400F for 8-10 minutes or until it’s crispy and golden brown from the outside. Flip halfway through the cooking process for evenly cooked tilapia.
Remove the crispy and moist tilapia from the air fryer basket and serve it with your favorite dipping sauce.
